{"id":1405,"date":"2024-10-21T10:24:12","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T10:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kidsdirectors.eu\/?p=1405"},"modified":"2025-09-15T15:21:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T15:21:44","slug":"eerste-ronde-workshops-datavaardigheden-in-kroatie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kidsdirectors.eu\/index.php\/2024\/10\/21\/eerste-ronde-workshops-datavaardigheden-in-kroatie\/","title":{"rendered":"Eerste ronde workshops datavaardigheden in Kroatie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Begin oktober 2024 organiseerde het Kroatische deel van het projectteam, als onderdeel van <strong>Activiteit 4: Onderwijs en Training (Eerste Cyclus) van het Erasmus+-project DIRECTORS \u2013 DIgital data-dRiven EduCaTion fOR kidS<\/strong>, een reeks workshops in Kroati\u00eb gericht op het bevorderen van datageletterdheid in het basisonderwijs. Onder leiding van de Universiteit van Zagreb werden de workshops gegeven door Ivana Bosni\u0107 van de Faculteit Elektrotechniek en Informatica en Ana Kuve\u017edi\u0107 Divjak van de Faculteit Geodesie.\u000b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De workshops onderscheiden drie niveaus van datageletterdheid: basis-, medium en geavanceerde datavaardigheden, elk afgestemd op de leeftijd en voorkennis van kinderen. Tijdens vier bezoeken aan een Kroatische basisschool Ante Kova\u010di\u0107 in Marija Gorica, gaf het team zes workshops &#8211; twee voor elke klas (tweede, derde en vierde). Elke workshop duurde twee sessies, zodat er voldoende tijd was voor praktische activiteiten en afstemming op het rooster van de school. In totaal namen 15 leerlingen van de tweede klas, 18 leerlingen van de derde klas en 20 leerlingen van de vierde klas deel aan de workshops, waardoor<strong> in totaal 53 leerlingen<\/strong> betrokken waren bij de activiteiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-6-color\"><strong>Groep 2: Basis datavaardigheden<\/strong><\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan Leerlingen van groep 2 (kinderen van ongeveer 8 jaar oud) werd het begrip gegevens uitgelegd aan de hand van voorbeelden van hun gebruik van mobiele apparaten, zoals favoriete games of videokanalen en de tijd die ze aan specifieke apps besteedden. Tijdens de eerste sessie bespraken de leerlingen hun gebruik van mobiele apparaten en maakten ze datakaarten over hoeveel tijd ze dachten dat ze aan een bepaalde app besteedden. Vervolgens leerden ze hoe ze gegevens moesten groeperen, categoriseren en opschonen, en hoe ze deze in een woordwolk konden weergeven.\u000b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de tweede sessie leerden de leerlingen hoe ze gegevens die hun telefoon verzameld kunnen inzien, aanpassen en invoeren in een dataset. Ze vergeleken de overeenkomsten en verschillen tussen de gegevens van hun klasgenoten en hun eigen gegevens, en vergeleken hun schattingen uit sessie 1 met de door de telefoon verzamelde gegevens. Ze leerden ook hoe ze gegevens uit de echte wereld kunnen visualiseren, waarom het belangrijk is om gegevens nauwkeurig in te voeren en hoe ze de privacy kunnen beschermen als ze hun gegevens datavaardigheden<\/strong><\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Leerlingen van groep drie (kinderen van ongeveer 9 jaar oud) maakten kennis met de wereld van geo-informatie en het in kaart brengen van hun directe omgeving. Nadat ze de kern van geografische informatiesystemen (GIS) hadden geleerd, maakten ze in de eerste sessie een kaart van hun directe schoolomgeving door verschillende elementen van een luchtfoto in verschillende kaartlagen over te trekken op transparante vellen. Elk vel vertegenwoordigde \u00e9\u00e9n informatielaag, zoals gebouwen, wegen, bomen of speeltuinen. Toen deze vellen op elkaar werden gestapeld, vormden alle lagen samen een complete kaart, die diende als een eenvoudige visuele analogie voor GIS. Net zoals de vellen verschillende lagen vertegenwoordigen, organiseren en analyseren GIS-systemen gegevens digitaal in lagen, waardoor verschillende ruimtelijke elementen in onderling verband kunnen worden geanalyseerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u000bIn de tweede sessie pasten de leerlingen hun nieuwe kennis toe in een digitale omgeving en namen ze deel aan het detectivespel &#8216;Het mysterie van de vermiste leerkracht&#8217;. Met behulp van het uitvoeren van verschillende GIS-opdrachten kwamen ze stap voor stap dichterbij de locatie van de vermiste leerkracht. op deze manier kwamen ze achter de co\u00f6rdinaten van waar de leerkracht zou moeten zijn en gingen ze op zoek naar deze locatie in de hoop de vermiste leerkracht daar te vinden. Na goed speurwerk werd de leerkracht gevonden. Als verrassing vonden ze ook nog een grote doos met snoep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-6-color\">Groep 4: Geavanceerde datavaardigheden<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Leerlingen van groep vier (kinderen van ongeveer 10 jaar oud) stonden voor de uitdagendste taak: leren hoe ze gegevens uit verschillende bronnen konden verzamelen, de kwaliteit van deze gegevens beoordelen en de resultaten kritisch analyseren. Dit werd gedaan door stappen te tellen en afstanden op verschillende manieren te meten. De gegevens werden verkregen door handmatig te tellen, tellen met mobiele apps, tellen met smartwatches\/fitnesstrackers, afstand meten met Google Maps en afstand te meten met mobiele telefoons met GPS-ontvanger. In de eerste sessie onderzochten de leerlingen welke verschillen er zijn in het aantal stappen die door de verschillende methoden en sensoren werden gemeten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u000bIn de tweede sessie gingen we naar het schoolplein, waar leerlingen op verschillende manieren langere afstanden maten, onder meer met behulp van GPS. Hun route werd opgenomen door middel van zogenaamde GPX-tracks op die de looproute aangaven. Bij terugkomst in de klas vergeleken de leerlingen de resultaten van alle meetmethoden en kwamen tot de conclusie dat technische (hulp)middelen belangrijk zijn, maar dat we er niet blindelings op De ontvangen feedback zal nuttige gegevens opleveren voor de internationale evaluatie, uitgevoerd in samenwerking met het Nederlandse team, en zal leidend zijn voor toekomstige verfijningen van zowel de onderwijsaanpak als de leermiddelen.
